What this site does and does not handle

Reset With Aloe is an independent Forever Living Products distributor site. We do not process payments and we do not operate a checkout. When you click a product link you are sent to Forever Living’s official US store, and from that moment your information is handled under Forever Living’s own privacy notice. We never see, receive or store your card details, billing address or shipping address.

What we collect

If you email us: your email address and whatever you write, kept so we can answer you and follow up.

If you join our reorder reminders: your name, email address and the products and dates you told us about, so we can email you around the time a bottle would be running out. Nothing more.

Automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested), retained briefly for security and troubleshooting.

Who else touches your data

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database) and Resend (email delivery). They process data on our behalf and under their own security terms. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any price.

Email and unsubscribing

Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also use our unsubscribe page directly. Unsubscribing stops all marketing and reminder email immediately. We do not send email to people who never asked for it.

Your rights

Write to support@resetwithaloe.com to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action deletion requests within 30 days. Depending on where you live — California, the EU, the UK and others — you may have additional statutory rights; we apply the same process to everyone rather than making you prove where you are.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
